Hartley Berg was the Consultant for the creation of a formal Business Plan and the development of a newly crafted and innovative product line within the natural condiment and sauce categories. This venture targets initially on a new line of premium products called Yum Plum. Hartley Berg has also provided Consulting services for funding this venture – and has attracted and secured a solid base of diversified investors.
In the process of the development of the Yum Plum project, Black & Beck Foods has discovered depth and opportunity in its business concept with the addition of building a specialty plum and soft fruit processing and manufacturing facility to be established in British Columbia. A secondary Business Plan was established for this purpose.
