Kootenay Kombucha is a small batch craft brewery in Slocan Valley, BC. The brewery is built from a passion for health and whole foods. They celebrate the unique way of life in the Kootenays by brewing delicious and potent probiotic herbal elixirs. Kootenay Kombucha’s mission is to encourage education about herbal and holistic medicines, the local food systems, and digestive health, and to reduce packaging waste. Each of the blends is brewed with tonic herbs. Brewing ingredients are sourced locally. Creative new flavours incorporating local seasonal fruits are being developed, building relationships with local organic farms.
