Gabriella’s Kitchen

Gabriella’s Kitchen all began with a pasta craving. Italian sisters Gabriella and Margot Micallef were on the hunt for delicious pasta with a twist: it had to offer quality nutrition. When they couldn’t find what they were looking for, they decided there was only one solution. They would have to make their own.

Since creating their original award-winning Gabriella’s Kitchen™ pasta, a high-protein, low-calorie and low-carbohydrate fresh pasta, things have evolved at GABY. Although Gabriella passed away after a battle with cancer, she remains the company’s inspiration. Margot is the company’s visionary and, as CEO, she is the driving force behind our mission: to create delicious, better-for-you foods without compromise. We’ve also added to our pasta family, with multiple product lines of Gabriella’s Kitchen™, noodi™, and gabbypasta™ now also available online. GABY has added a fourth brand, alto™, to represent its infused products. With its existing infrastructure of major retailers and an extensive broker network, GABY is uniquely positioned to service both mainstream grocery and retailers across North America.

We’re passionate about empowering everyone to nourish and celebrate healthy living, whether you’re on a restrictive diet, a parent looking for all-around healthy meals to put on the table or an athlete looking to refuel after a workout. With high-protein, low-carb, low-glycemic, vegan, gluten-free and other allergy-sensitive Gabriella’s Kitchen™ options available, pasta doesn’t have to be a banned item on your grocery list anymore. And Gabriella’s Kitchen™ is just the beginning; we’re always dreaming up innovative new products for food-lovers everywhere to enjoy. As with all of our foods, our new creations will be made with high-quality ingredients packed full of nutrients and will contain no additives, preservatives or GMOs.

From our GABY family to yours, we wish you happy, healthy eating and living!
