As Broker Manager, I am responsible for coordinating and directing the sales, marketing, distribution, and retail execution activities that drive sustainable growth for your brand. Acting as the strategic link between manufacturers, distributors, retailers, marketing teams, and field representatives, I ensure that all stakeholders are aligned toward achieving sales objectives, strengthening brand presence, and maximizing market opportunities. My key responsibilities include:

Strategic Business Development: I develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies that align brand objectives with retailer, distributor, and consumer needs. This includes identifying new market opportunities, accelerating product launches, and creating plans that drive sustainable revenue growth.

Relationship Management: I build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers, category managers, distributors, brokers, and vendor partners. Through ongoing communication and collaboration, I ensure alignment, strengthen partnerships, and create opportunities for long-term business success.

Sales and Brand Leadership: I oversee both sales and brand management functions, ensuring that sales objectives, brand positioning, promotional strategies, and retail execution activities work together to deliver maximum market impact and return on investment.

Promotional Planning and Trade Management: I develop and manage promotional strategies, trade spending, and retail marketing initiatives designed to increase brand visibility, improve sell-through, and optimize profitability across key accounts and distribution channels.

Retail Execution and Merchandising: I ensure that products are effectively represented at store level through strong merchandising, distribution expansion, shelf optimization, and retail compliance. My focus is on maximizing shelf presence and enhancing the consumer shopping experience.

Market Analysis and Consumer Insights: I monitor industry trends, competitive activity, consumer behavior, and market performance to identify emerging opportunities and risks. These insights are used to refine strategies, strengthen brand positioning, and maintain market relevance.

Product Launch and Distribution Expansion: I lead the planning and execution of new product introductions, coordinating with retailers, distributors, and marketing teams to secure listings, expand distribution, and accelerate market penetration.

Performance Tracking and Reporting: I maintain accurate CRM systems and reporting tools to monitor sales performance, forecast business trends, track opportunities, and measure the effectiveness of promotional and retail initiatives. Retail & Trade Education and Market Activation: I support product in-store education, staff training, trade events, and consumer engagement initiatives that strengthen product knowledge, increase advocacy, and drive sales at both the retail and consumer levels.
